START YOUR PACKING LIST
Keep it smart casual when attending convention plenaries, sessions and The Circuit. Pack comfortable shoes and remember to bring a light sweater as meeting room temperatures tend to be cool. For Wednesday evening’s #ACCEAwards Show sponsored by Comcast Business, business suits and semi-formal attire are appropriate. Comfortable, casual party wear is encouraged for Thursday evening’s closing party at the Reading Terminal Market (advanced tickets required).

Lots to Experience in Philadelphia
Connections Await in The Circuit
Connect with industry partners and exhibitors committed to helping your organization succeed at The Circuit. Visit with exhibitors, learn about their chamber-focused solutions and services and enjoy activities offered at their booths. It’s also the best place to network and catch up with other attendees during the mid-morning coffee breaks, lunch and afternoon refreshment breaks.
First Time Attendee Meet & Greet
Make new connections in the first hours of our time together. On Tuesday, July 22 at 3 p.m. ET, join new ACCE members and first-time convention participants in Room 113C of the Pennsylvania Convention Center for introductions, networking activities and plenty of laughs.
Parking and Transportation to the Convention Hotels
• Lyft and Uber operate from both Philadelphia International Airport and the William H Gray III, 30th Street Amtrak Train Station.
• Local taxi service is also widely available throughout Center City. When traveling from the airport to the convention hotels, taxis charge a flat rate of around $32 per one-way trip.
• Both hotels offer valet parking, and self-parking is available at nearby garages. The closest garage is the Parkway Corp Garage at 12th & Filbert Streets.
• The convention hotels do not offer shuttle services.
Experience Showcase Sessions
On the agenda for Wednesday, July 23 and Thursday, July 24, you’ll see several showcase sessions taking place in The Circuit. With no formal presentation, these sessions are an opportunity for attendees to visit with different chambers and ACCE program participants showcasing their approaches to the session’s topic focus. Consider them as a mini chamber science fair: presenters will be at tables with information about their topic and participants can stop and chat with anyone who has an idea that interests them.
Lunchtime Networking in The Circuit
On Wednesday, July 23 at 12:15 p.m. ET, several tables will be set aside during lunch in The Circuit for networking opportunities with chamber peers in similar roles. Tables will be reserved with signs indicating the topic or interest area to be discussed. Topics include but are not limited to: Affinity Chamber CEOs, Communications, Economic Mobility and Opportunity, Economic Development, ACCE Foundation Program Alumni, Events, Finance & Operations, Government Relations, Membership and Workforce & Talent.
