Keep it smart casual when attending convention plenaries, sessions and The Circuit. Pack comfortable shoes and remember to bring a light sweater as meeting room temperatures tend to be cool. For Tuesday evening’s Awards Show, business suits and semi-formal attire are appropriate. Comfortable, casual party wear is encouraged for Wednesday evening’s closing party at Mardi Gras World.

Welcome Reception

Join us for the Welcome Reception, sponsored by RDG, A Convergent Company, in The Circuit (Elite Hall A) on Monday, July 20 at 4:30 p.m. CT. Enjoy light food and drink as you catch up with your chamber friends and make new connections. Drink tickets for the reception will be included with your registration materials. You will need your convention badge to enter the event. 

Closing Party

Join us at Mardi Gras World on Wednesday, July 22, at 8 p.m. to celebrate with peers and enjoy the New Orleans vibe. Dinner and drinks will be provided. Shuttle transportation will be provided to and from the party.

Parking and Transportation to the Convention Hotels 

Lyft and Uber operate from the Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport (MSY).

• The Loyola-UPT Streetcar Line passes the hotel every 20 minutes. The fee is $1.25, paid upon boarding. For more information, visit the hotel concierge.

• The Hyatt Regency offers valet parking and self-parking.  Nearby parking lots include 1301 Girod Parking Garage that connects directly to the hotel. Contact Merit Parking to confirm pricing at 504-561-0575.

• The convention hotel does not offer shuttle services.
